In the worst-case scenario, if your hardware fails and you are unable to repair it, you may submit the product to us and we will repair it for free within one year. You can still send the item to us for repair at an additional cost if your warranty expires. After the device is restored, you can continue to use the service. During the repair, we will provide you with an account to continue receiving service.
